New Changes To BlatantNews.com
As you can see from the new-look homepage, we are still playing about with some of the design and features on this new website. This tweaking will continue for about another week.

MORE CHANGES?
There will be some more slight changes to the look and feel of the site. We are changing how some parts are laid out, but it will mainly be design changes that are noticeable. We are updating the pic design because we felt not enough of the pics were viewable with the old design, which is important, considering some of the pics we feature on the site. Another big change is the extra pics on the 2 main homepages (News & Opinion, Documentaries) which should enable visitors to see more of what's going on on the site, therefore helping new visitors to work out exactly what types of stuff we write about here, and giving regular visitors a chance to quickly scan over the latest additions to each section.
NEW WRITERS
We have added PJ Paul as our India correspondent, but he will be covering issues from around the globe aswell as home issues for us. PJ is an experienced journalist of the highest calibre, so we hope you like what interesting angles he brings to the table. Check out his lead article this week, Differences Between The Mumbai Attacks & Pakistan Terrorism. We will also be adding some more writers over the coming months, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has emailed regarding hooking up. Some of you must not have read the site though, as we have gotten some strange applications indeed! Please make sure you check out the site before you apply :)
CHANGES FOR 1 MORE WEEK
We should be finished playing about with everything by this time next week, and the site will work perfectly throughout that time too. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this work, in particular for some late reviews of documentaries. As soon as the design stuff is completely sorted, we will go back over the small handful of doc's that have not been reviewed already. All archived articles will also be added, including the 'Gaza Strip Invasion' articles that some of you have been emailing about. We just want to get the site perfected before we throw ourselves back into writing & archiving. We hope you enjoy the end result. Cheers for the patience. |
